It is the stream of hot air that "brings to life" EVA foam, making it pliable and allowing you to craft complex, organic shapes. Two key features that will revolutionize your workflow

A heat gun is more than just for bending. It is a versatile tool that plays two fundamental roles when working with EVA foam:

• Heat forming: This is its primary purpose. Once heated, EVA foam becomes flexible and pliable. You can then freely shape it over a knee, bowl, bottle, or another form to create perfectly curved pauldrons, breastplates, helmets, or bracers. Once cooled, the foam retains its new shape.
• Heat sealing: Before you start priming, a quick and even "sweep" of the foam surface with hot air closes its porous structure. This makes the surface smoother and prevents the primer from soaking excessively into the material. It is the secret to professional and efficient painting.
